All prescriptions will be filled and dispensed with a child resistant cap (Non-Easy Open Caps).
Non-child resistant caps (Easy Open Caps) may be used under the following two circumstances.
The patient checks the box stating they are requesting Easy Open Caps and has check the box that they have read this policy. By checking this box, patient is agreeing that this constitutes their signature or The medication being dispensed is exempt under the requirements of the Consumer Product Safety Commission.
